• Certain items (like electrical components or special orders) may be non-returnable.

How to Start a Return

2. We’ll provide return instructions and a return authorization number (RMA).

3. Ship the item back to us — customer is responsible for return shipping.

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method.

• Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear on your account.

• Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges
If you received the wrong item or a defective part, contact us immediately and we’ll send a replacement at no additional cost.
