How to Start a Return

We’ll provide return instructions and a return authorization number (RMA).

Ship the item back to us — customer is responsible for return shipping.
Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method.

Exchanges
If you received the wrong item or a defective part, contact us immediately and we’ll send a replacement at no additional cost.
